Roster Rules

• Each team must have at least 4 players and may have no more than 10 players.
• Once a player has been removed from a team, they may not rejoin that same team.
• A player is allowed to switch to another team's roster (only) once each season. However this no longer applies once your team gets eliminated at any point.
• A player added after picks and bans have started cannot play killer.
• A player added within 24 hours of the match starting is considered an e-sub. Only 1 e-sub is allowed per match and they will be a permanent roster addition afterwards.

Tournament Format

Entity’s Chosen will start with a Round Robin group stage where each match will be a BO3.

• There are 4 groups with 5 teams each.
• Top 2 teams in each group advance to the main stage.
• The main stage is a single-elimination bracket with the top 8 teams.
• Quarter-finals are BO3; Semi-finals and Finals are BO5.

Ping Rules

• If your killer is from EU/RU, at least 3 survivors must be from EU/RU.
• If your killer is from NAE, all survivors must be NA or have worse ping than an NA survivor.
• If your killer is from NAW, your team must include either:
  • 2 NAW survivors OR
  • 2 survivors with equal/higher ping than NAW, and 2 NA survivors.
• If your killer is from SA, OCE, or SEA, survivors must match that region (3+ for SEA).
• If killer ping exceeds 80ms, survivors cannot use programs like Exitlag.
• If killer ping exceeds 100ms, they are not permitted to play killer.

Picks and Bans

BO3 Protocol:

• Team A bans 2 killers, Team B bans 2 killers.
• Team B picks 1 killer, Team A picks 1 killer.
• Intense ban phase follows (3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-1-1) for tiebreaker.

BO5 Protocol:

• Includes an extra round of 2 bans and 1 pick for each team before the tiebreaker phase.

Scoring

• BO3 Win: 2 set wins OR 1 set win + 2 ties.
• BO5 Win: 3 set wins OR 2 set wins + 2 ties OR 1 set win + 4 ties.
• Set Tiebreakers: 1. Generators completed, 2. Hook stages, 3. Fresh hooks.

Match Set-ups

• Builds (screenshots of BBD) must be sent 1 hour before match time.
• Join VCs 15 minutes prior; Killer opens lobby 5 minutes prior.
• Killer must send screenshot of match settings (map/crows disabled).
• 10-minute grace period for readying up; thereafter, penalties apply.

Scheduling

• Rescheduling requires notice to both @admin and opponents.
• Failure to follow schedule may result in a black card penalty.

Code of Conduct

Professionalism is mandatory. Discrimination or harassment will result in immediate disqualification.

Penalties

Warnings and Black Cards

• 1 Black Card: Final warning.
• 2 Black Cards: 50% prize reduction.
• 3 Black Cards: Tournament removal.
